Terms of Service

This page is a placeholder. Workfloor AI has not yet published this document. Until it does, nothing on this page should be treated as a binding policy. Questions in the meantime go to hello@workfloor.ai.

Your terms need to cover: scope of engagement and what counts as a change to it, payment schedule, who owns the delivered systems and source (the homepage promises the client does — the terms must say the same), confidentiality, warranties and their limits, liability caps, and how either side ends the engagement.

Two clauses matter more than the rest for this business: an explicit handover clause covering credentials, workflows and documentation, and a clause on third-party AI providers — what happens to the engagement if a model vendor changes its pricing, terms or availability.
