Privacy Policy

This page is a placeholder. Workfloor AI has not yet published this document. Until it does, nothing on this page should be treated as a binding policy. Questions in the meantime go to hello@workfloor.ai.

Your policy needs to describe, at minimum: what personal data you collect (including anything captured by your booking tool and analytics), the lawful basis for processing it, how long you keep it, who you share it with (every third-party processor you use), where it is stored, and how someone exercises their access and deletion rights.

Because Workfloor AI builds inside clients’ own systems, the policy should also state plainly that client business data stays in client accounts, that Workfloor AI retains no copy of it, and that it is never used to train any model — the same promise the homepage makes.
